Chan, President and Vice-Chancellor of HKBU; Professor Frank Fu, MH, JP, Associate Vice-President and Secretary-General of the HKBU Foundation; and Mrs. Lily Chan, Director of University Advancement, and shared their views on the University's development.

Dr. Ronald Lu, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Governors and Honorary President of the HKBU Foundation, was awarded an Honorary Fellowship by The American Institute of Architects, in recognition of his significant contributions to the profession and the society.

Ronald Lu & Partners, led by Dr. Ronald Lu, recently received the "HKIA Merit Award of Hong Kong (Community)" and "HKIA Merit Award of Hong Kong (Residential)" in the HKIA Annual Awards 2010. The HKIA Annual Awards is organised every year by The Hong Kong Institute of Architects to recognise outstanding architectural work designed by its members.
