Tsim Sha Tsui District Kai Fong Welfare Association, Honorary President of the HKBU Foundation, hosted a reception to celebrate its 59th Anniversary and the 63rd anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China on 26 September 2012 at its hall in Tsim Sha Tsui. Officiating at the reception were Mr. So Chung Ping, Chairman-Executive Committee of Tsim Sha Tsui District Kai Fong Welfare Association; Mr. Lam Cho Kwong, Chairman Supervisory Committee of Tsim Sha Tsui District Kai Fong Welfare Association; Dr. Stephen Tai, GBS, JP, Standing Committee Member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference; Ms Betty Ho, District Officer (Yau Tsim Mong), and others.
