The University received a generous donation of US$540,000 from the Y.K. Jim Charitable Foundation in 2010 in support of the Campus Master Plan and the University Development Fund. In recognition of the Foundation's generosity, a room in the newly-built Academic and Administration Building (AAB) was named the "Mr. and Mrs. Y.K. Jim Christian Worship and Classroom".
