Representatives of Hong Kong Chiu Chow Chamber of Commerce (HKCCCC), Director of the HKBU Foundation, recently received and host a lunch for the delegations from HKBU. During the visit, Dr. Chan Yau Nam Ian (sixth from right), Chairman of HKCCCC; Dr. Stephen Chow, SBS, BBS, JP (fourth from left), Vice-Chairman of HKCCCC; Mr. Cheung Sing Hung, BBS (fifth from right); Mr. Chan Wai Nam, BBS (fourth from right), Honorary Permanent Chairman of HKCCCC; Mr. Choi Hin To, MH (third from right); Mr. Chong Hok Shan (second from right); Mr. Hui Hok Chee, BBS (first from right); and other Directors met with Professor Albert S.C. Chan, President and Vice-Chancellor of HKBU; Professor Franklin Luk, Vice-President (Academic); Professor Rick Wong, Vice-President (Research & Development); Professor Frank Fu, MH, JP, Associate Vice-President and Secretary-General of the HKBU Foundation; Dr. Simon Wong, Dean of Continuing Education; Professor Allan Chan, Associate Dean of the School of Business and Programme Director of MBA; Professor Wendy Hsiao, Associate Dean of Chinese Medicine; Mrs. Lily Chan, Director of University Advancement; and Ms. Jennifer Lau, Director of Information Technology; and shared their views on the University's development and achievements.

A number of visits between HKCCCC and the University were arranged in recent years. It is hoped that the mutual cooperation of both parties would be enhanced for the benefit of Hong Kong and the Mainland.
