	Dr. David Wong appointed Honorary Chairman of Hong Kong Brand Development Council 5 June 2010
	Dr. David Y. K. Wong, Member of the Board of Governors and the Entrepreneur Committee of the HKBU Foundation, was recently appointed as Honorary Chairman of the 3rd General Committee of Hong Kong Brand Development Council. The Council was established by Dr. Wong five years ago.

	Mr. Yue Yun Hing and Mr. Victor Hui appointed Honorary Members of South China Athletic Association (2010-2011) 2 June 2010
	Mr. Yue Yun Hing, BBS, MH, Honorary Vice-President of the HKBU Foundation, was recently appointed as President of the South China Athletic Association Council (2010-2011). Mr. Yue is currently the President of the Hong Kong Table Tennis Association. Another member of the HKBU Foundation, Director Mr. Victor Hui, SBS, MBE, JP, was appointed as Chairman of the South China Athletic Association Executive Committee (2010-2011). Mr. Hui is currently the Director of Central Development Limited.

	Prof. Frank Fu appointed Chairman of 3rd Joint Quality Review Committee 1 June 2010
	Professor Frank H. Fu, MH, JP, Secretary-General and Senior Member of the HKBU Foundation, Associate Vice-President, HKBU, was recently appointed as Chairman of the third Board of Directors of the Joint Quality Review Committee (JQRC). Under the leadership of Prof. Fu, JQRC will evaluate the outcomes and implications of the first cycle of Institutional Review and plan for the second cycle ahead. The Committee will also take an active role in assisting institutions in the self-financed sub-degree sector to maintain quality programmes in the face of the transition to the New Academic Structure.
