Mr. Anthony Yeung (first from right), Member of the Entrepreneur Committee of the HKBU Foundation, Honorary Member of HKBU Court, Head of Corporate, Greater China (Hong Kong, China & Taiwan), Bank of America and Merrill Lynch (Asia Pacific) Limited, and Mr. Lawrence Shum (second from right), Managing Director of NewOcean Energy Holdings Limited, visited HKBU on 1 June 2010. Mr. Shum and Mr. Yeung shared their insights regarding the University's development in a meeting with Professor C.F. Ng, GBS, President and Vice-Chancellor, Professor Wendy Hsiao, Associate Dean of Chinese Medicine, Professor Stephen Cheung, BBS, JP, Dean of Business and Mrs. Lily Chan, Director of University Advancement. Accompanied by HKBU representatives, the guests also visited the School of Chinese Medicine and School of Business. After the visit, the University was honoured to have Mr. Shum join the Entrepreneur Committee of the HKBU Foundation. The University will explore the feasibility of future collaboration with NewOcean Energy Holdings Limited.
