Mr. Wilfred Wong, SBS, JP, Chairman of the HKBU Foundation and Chairman of the Council and the Court of the University, recently shared his wise counsel with HKBU students at the Employers' Luncheon 2011 held by the University. He said, "Today's luncheon is a great opportunity for the employers to better understand and inspire our students, a young generation who is full of ambition, vision and commitment. Students should seize this valuable opportunity to learn from the employers as they represent role models for your future endeavours." HKBU held its annual Employers' Luncheon for graduating students to foster ties with employers from a wide range of businesses and broaden their horizons. It also helps nurture the relationship between the University and the industrial and commercial sectors. This year, Professor Frederick Ma, Chairman of China Strategic Holdings Limited, was invited to deliver a speech entitled "Global Business: Hong Kong's Challenges and Opportunities".
