Presided by Acting Chairman Ir Dr. K.K. Wong, SBS, JP, the Fourth Meeting of the Board of Governors of the HKBU Foundation was held on 21 October 2013. At the meeting, the members reviewed and exchanged views on the fundraising strategies and the financial status of the Foundation. Professor Albert S.C. Chan, JP, President and Vice-Chancellor, also shared with the members the latest developments and fundraising progress of the University. The members were delighted that the Fundraising Dinner for HKBU Jao Tsung-I Academy of Sinology raised more than HK$46 million.
