Chaired by Mr. Wilfred Wong, SBS, JP, the Third Meeting of the Board of Governors of the HKBU Foundation was held on 20 May 2013. Mr. Cheng Yan Kee, JP and Mrs. Doreen Chan, respectively current Chairman and Treasurer of the Council and the Court, joined the Board of Governors as ex-officio members. At the meeting, the members reviewed and exchanged views on the fundraising strategies and the financial status of the Foundation. Professor Albert S.C. Chan, JP, President and Vice-Chancellor, also shared the recent development of the University with the members.
