Mr. Gan Chee Eng (centre), President, Greater China Region, and Mr. Hau Wai Tak (second from right), Chief Operating Officer, Greater China Region of Amway (China) Co., Ltd., as well as Mrs. Hau Wong Pik Ying (first from right), Founder and Chairman of The HeArt Touch Charity Foundation, visited the University on 23 April 2013. The guests shared their wise counsel regarding the University's latest developments at a meeting with Professor Albert S.C. Chan, JP, President and Vice-Chancellor; Professor Bian Zhao Xiang, Associate Vice-President and Director of the Clinical Division of the School of Chinese Medicine; Professor Lu Aiping, Dean of Chinese Medicine; Professor Cheuk Pak Tong, Director of the Academy of Film; Professor Zhao Xinshu, Chair Professor of the School of Communication; and Mrs. Lily Chan, Director of University Advancement. After the visit, Professor Chan hosted a dinner at Shiu Pong Hall for the guests joined by Professor Chen Zhi, Head of the Department of Chinese Language and Literature cum Acting Director of the Jao Tsung-I Academy of Sinology.
