Dr. Chiu Chun Bong, MBE, JP, Honorary Trustee of the HKBU Foundation and Managing Director of Billabong Enterprises Co. Ltd., and Mrs. Luna Chiu hosted a dinner for Professor Albert S.C. Chan, JP, President and Vice-Chancellor, and representatives of the University at their villa, Luna House.
 
Besides Dr. and Mrs. Chiu's family members, guests attending the dinner included Mrs. Lui Che Woo and her son-in-law Mr. Joseph Tang. The HKBU representatives were Professor Franklin Luk, Vice-President (Academic), and his wife; Professor Rick Wong, Vice-President (Research and Development); Mr. Andy Lee, Vice-President (Administration) and Secretary; Professor Frank Fu, MH, JP, Associate Vice-President and Secretary-General of the HKBU Foundation; and Mrs. Lily Chan, Director of University Advancement.
