Opening Reception of Exhibition of The Vitality of the Year of Horse - Selected Works of Professor Jao Tsung-I

Professor Jao Tsung-i, GBM, Honorary Permanent Director of the HKBU Jao Tsung-I Academy of Sinology, held an exhibition of "The Vitality of the Year of Horse - Selected Works of Professor Jao Tsung-I" organised by the Jao Tsung-I Petite Ecole of The University of Hong Kong. An opening reception was held on 6 February 2015, with guests including Dr. Simon Suen, JP, Member of the Board of Governors and Co-Chairman of the Entrepreneur Committee of the HKBU Foundation; Mrs. Fidelia Chan, Member of the Entrepreneur Committee; Professor Albert S.C. Chan, JP, President and Vice-Chancellor; and Mrs. Lily Chan, Director of University Advancement. |

Dr. Lee Yuk Lun, JP, Member of the Entrepreneur Committee of the HKBU Foundation, was recently re-elected as President of the 16th Board of Directors of the Hong Kong Commerce & Industry Associations. Dr. Lee is currently Vice President and Executive Director of CNC Holdings Limited. |

Prior Capital Limited hosted its anniversary dinner on 28 January 2015. Mrs. Lily Chan, Director of University Advancement, attended the event on behalf of the University. On the occasion, she presented souvenirs to Mr. Edmund Au, General Manager of Prior Capital Limited, and Mr. Tony Wong, Chairman of China Fortune Financial Group Limited, in recognition of their generous support for the HKBU 60th Anniversary Annual Gala Concert and for the establishment of the Scholarship for Outstanding BBA Students and the Scholarship for Outstanding Mainland Students. |
