8 January 2011 | Dr. Chiu Chun-bong, MBE, JP, Honorary Trustee of the HKBU Foundation, hosted a dinner party for HKSAR Government officials and representatives of the University at his villa, Luna House. Guests attending the dinner were Mr. Michael Suen, GBS, JP, Secretary for Education, and Mrs. Suen; the Hon. Tsang Tak Sing, GBS, JP, Secretary for Home Affairs; Mr. and Mrs. Amikam Levy, Consuls-General of Israel; Professor Lau Siu Kai, JP, Head of the Central Policy Unit, and Mrs. Lau; and Ms. Li Mei Sheung, Michelle, JP, Deputy Secretary for Education. Mr. Wilfred Wong, SBS, JP, Chairman of the HKBU Foundation, and Chairman of the University Council and the Court; Professor Albert S.C. Chan, President and Vice-Chancellor; Mr. Andy Lee, Vice-President (Administration) and Secretary; as well as Mrs. Lily Chan, Director of University Advancement, were also invited to this enjoyable occasion.
